About the Owner

Valentina Modne-Birman – Owner/Stylist

My journey began in Kiev, Ukraine, in 1991. I’ve been in the beauty industry for over three decades now. My career at Shear Visions began in 1998. Two years later, I transitioned from a hairstylist to owner.

For me, being a hairstylist is not just about styling hair, it’s about creating personal connections with my clients. I believe in helping them navigate life’s challenges and celebrate their achievements. My goal is to empower the individuals who sit in my chair to discover their true beauty, both inside and out. It’s a beautiful thing when passion and career align, and I’m very fortunate to love my job and everything that comes with it. I can transform someone’s entire day or life in such a short period, and that is truly the best feeling in the world.
